Labyrinth is an out-of-network healthcare provider. This means that all payments for services at Labyrinth are due at the time of your appointment. Being an out-of-network provider allows me to provide detailed and personalized care for every patient without the limitations that insurance imposes on providers.

If your insurance covers the services that you received in our clinic, Labyrinth will provide you with the necessary paperwork needed to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for your appointment; I am unable to bill your insurance directly.

NOTE: There is a fee for no-show and late-cancellation visits (within 24 hours) which amounts to the the full amount of the visit cost.
